Job summary

Fraza / Vitan Equipment is seeking a Parts Associate to support the parts warehouse and service teams. The role focuses on identifying the correct parts for work orders and ensuring timely fulfillment to customers.

You will manage inventory, assist technicians with orders, and use online catalogs while maintaining strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Strong customer focus in daily operations.
• Ability to navigate multiple online parts catalogs and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and procure correct parts for work orders.
• Maintain inventory control in the parts warehouse.
• Assist technicians to complete and close work requests and orders.
• Research and order parts using various catalogs and websites.
• Receive parts, stock, and fulfill orders.
• Answer incoming calls and assist counter customers as needed.
• Unload and stock items from vehicles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job description

This position works closely with the Field Service Technician and Advisors to order parts and facilitate delivery to customers while also assisting with general parts warehouse duties.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Assists external and internal customers to identify and procure the correct parts for work orders.
• Inventory control in parts warehouse.
• Work with technicians to complete and close work requests and orders.
• Research and order requested part(s) using different websites and catalogs.
• Helps receiving parts, stocking, and fulfillment of orders.
• Assists with incoming calls and counter customers when needed.
• Removes and stocks items off vehicles.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Passion to bring strong customer focus to daily operations
• Ability to navigate a variety of online parts catalog systems
• High proficiency with learning online systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
