Job summary

Cal Pacific Truck Center is seeking a meticulous Parts Advisor to maintain a well-organized parts department and warehouse, promoting the sale of products and ensuring high parts availability. You will work with internal and external customers daily to support service shop utilization, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to cost-efficient operations.

Ideal candidates bring experience in dealership/warehouse roles, strong communication, bilingual abilities, and a forklift license.

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Technical experience in dealership/warehouse environments.
  • Relevant work experience in a dealership/warehouse position.
  • Bilingual.
  • Forklift license.
  • Further education in a relevant field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Parts Business & Customer Relations – Supporting parts sales to external & internal customers. Contributing to the development of customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service.
  • Support Parts Availability – Securing the availability of the right parts at the right time for external and internal customers.
  • Support Parts Operations Compliance – Contribute to the running of a well-organized and cost-efficient parts operations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, fulfilling external and internal customer needs.
  • Parts Department Culture – Contribute to the environment and culture by promoting acceptance, active teamwork participation, self-peer accountability while committing to professional development.

Parts Advisor

Department: Parts Department
Reports To: Parts Manager

Overview

The Parts Advisor’s main responsibility is to maintain a well-organized and cost-efficient parts department and warehouse, promoting the sale of products. Thus, ensuring a high level of parts availability and supporting increased parts sales. This is achieved by working proactively with internal and external customers daily. This work contributes to an optimized utilization of the service shop and long profitable relations with the customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Parts Business & Customer Relations – Supporting parts sales to external & internal customers. Contributing to the development of customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service.
