Job summary

Bell Road Toyota, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an energetic service advisor to join our Phoenix team. You will greet customers, document vehicle concerns, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs.

In this role, you will prepare estimates and repair orders, explain the work to customers, and deliver an exceptional service experience that builds trust and loyalty. This is a frontline position that supports a growing automotive service department.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence and a good driving record.
