Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Bryan College Station is seeking a Parts Advisor to support our service and parts operations. You will assist customers and technicians with parts identification, pricing, availability, and ordering on an onsite basis.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of parts experience, familiarity with OEM catalogs, and strong attention to detail. You will work closely with the service department and maintain accurate parts inventory while delivering excellent

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with parts identification, pricing, availability, and ordering.
• Utilize OEM catalogs and dealership systems to source Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure parts are available for scheduled and active repairs.
• Process special orders, warranties, returns, exchanges, and core returns.
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory.
• Support inventory control processes, cycle counts, and bin maintenance.
• Deliver professional customer service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
