Job summary

ALT Sales Corp. in Richfield, OH, is seeking a Parts Administrator & Service Department Associate to join a casual, full-time team. You’ll handle purchasing, stock counts, records, and inventory control to keep operations smooth.

You’ll use phone, email, and computer systems to issue materials to customers and coworkers, maintain price lists, and support the service department. The position offers comprehensive benefits, paid time off, an annual sign-on bonus after 100 days, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy construction equipment is preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed.
• Able to sit for long periods of time.
• Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office; NexGen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Purchase new or additional stock via phone, email or web portal.
• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing to physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in stockrooms or other areas.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used/issued.
• Issue or distribute materials to customers or coworkers based on work orders or requisitions.
• Other tasks as assigned.
