Job summary

Altorfer is seeking a front counter specialist to support customer and internal order tracking, route customer calls, and process vendor purchases. You will assist with parts counter sales pickups and bill payment, while managing cash transactions and maintaining strong customer service at the front counter.

Qualified candidates will have high school diploma or equivalent, solid Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in parts counter selling or consulting is a plus.
• Must be self-starter with good time management and organizational skills with a commitment to detail.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook; Teams and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Customer and internal order tracking.
