Job summary

Fluent in New York, NY is seeking an operations professional to spearhead execution across existing partner programs. You will coordinate with product, data, and campaign teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate performance reporting.

You will build first-draft financial models and pacing dashboards, guiding leadership decisions and quarterly projections while maintaining scalable partner playbooks and QA processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of business operations experience, ideally in partnerships, commerce media, or performance marketing.
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience facilitating campaign ops or QA workflows (launch tracking, tracker migrations, etc).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints with product, campaign strategy, and data teams to execute existing partner programs.
• Own recurring performance reporting and dashboards for leadership and partner-facing teams.
• Build first-draft financial models, pacing scenarios, future-quarter projections, and QBR materials for leadership review.
• Facilitate campaign ops, QA, and documentation: launch tracking, click-tracker migrations, and partner playbooks.
• Maintain operational playbooks to scale syndication across partners without reinventing the process.
• Support new partner accounts alongside account owners on advertiser-side coordination.
• Surface new partnership opportunities for leadership evaluation.
