Job summary

Fluent, Inc. is seeking a dedicated operator to run point on execution for its partnerships program in New York. You will coordinate cross-functional touchpoints, manage dashboards and first-draft financial models, and ensure consistent campaign ops, QA, and documentation across partner initiatives.

You will own performance reporting, pacing analysis, and leadership-ready materials for quarterly reviews, while maintaining scalable playbooks and assisting new partner accounts as the book grows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business operations experience in partnerships or performance marketing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management.
• Strong documentation and playbook-writing habits.
• Fluent in building financial models and dashboards from scratch.
• Experience facilitating campaign ops or QA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints with product, campaign strategy, and data teams to execute existing partner programs.
• Ensure follow-through on operational cadences and action items from partner conversations and internal syncs.
• Own recurring performance reporting and dashboards for leadership and partner-facing teams.
• Build first-draft financial models, pacing scenarios, projections, and QBR materials for leadership review.
• Facilitate campaign ops, QA, and documentation: launch tracking and playbooks for partners.
• Maintain operational playbooks to scale syndication across partners without reinventing processes.
• Support new partner accounts with advertiser-side coordination alongside account owners.
• Surface new partnership opportunities for leadership evaluation.
