Job summary

Snap Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our engineering team.

You will develop, scale, and optimize tools to meet complex partner needs, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Sales to design technical solutions that drive partner success. You'll work with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java, debug complex systems, and translate business requirements into scalable software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of post-Bachelor’s software development experience; or Master’s degree +1 year; or PhD.

Responsibilities

Develop, scale, and optimize Snap’s tools to meet complex partner needs and align with business goals.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales to design and deliver technical solutions for partner success.
Build and improve end-to-end systems and launch plans meeting technical and business requirements.
Troubleshoot partner integrations and resolve technical challenges at scale.
Write clean code for APIs, SDKs, and partner tools to improve reliability and scalability.
Identify insights from product usage metrics to improve adoption and deliver new solutions.
