Job summary

BUME International is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build and manage revenue-driving relationships across publishers, networks, advertisers, and lenders. This hands-on role emphasizes onboarding new partners, growing existing ones, and improving performance.

You will negotiate pricing and deal structures, launch CPL/CPC and revshare programs, and stay close to market trends to bring in new ideas and opportunities. Flexible US hours preferred, base + bonus.
