Key Responsibilities

- Represent Intellect Design and articulate our value proposition for eMACH.ai, Purple Fabric, and our 14-product portfolio at a 30,000‑ft level (detailed product selling will be supported by SMEs).
- Conduct regular onsite interactions, partner meetings, and joint opportunities development.
- Drive the full partnership cycle:
- Identify the right internal SMEs and facilitate deeper technical/functional discussions.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Product, Analyst Relations, CRM teams).
- Run multiple partnership processes simultaneously across different stages (Bootcamp stage, PC stage, RFI stage).
- Maintain clear progress tracking and ensure all stakeholders meet timelines.
- Handle early‑morning calls and maintain 3‑hour daily overlap with India teams.
- Understand organizational corporate dynamics and communication nuance—critical for navigating GSI leadership and offshore teams.
5. Internal Coordination
- Provide transparent updates on opportunity pipelines.
- Work closely with HR, Regional Leadership, and Product Leaders on role fitment, progress, and partner escalations.
Required Experience
- 6-10 years total experience in Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, Business Development, or similar fields.
- Strong familiarity with Indian IT GSI culture & workflows preferred.
- Must be onsite in New Jersey.
- Ability to travel to partner offices within a 15‑mile radius of Piscataway and to NYC.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to influence senior GSI stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple partnership projects simultaneously.
Good to Have
- Exposure to financial services, corporate banking, consumer banking, or investment banking domains (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience working with technology products, SaaS solutions, or enterprise platforms.
- Experience coordinating with offshore teams.
