We are looking for an experienced Partner Manager - Systems Integrator (SI) to manage and grow strategic Systems Integrator (SI) partnerships and drive partner adoption, pipeline generation, joint business planning, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing large/global or fast-growing SI and technology partners, with strong capabilities in partner management, business development, channel sales, portfolio management, and relationship building.
This is a mid-level role requiring 5–10 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates with more than 10 years of total professional experience will not be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Systems Integrator (SI) partnerships.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plans, GTM strategies, and partner growth initiatives.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline, demand generation, and co-sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across partner sales, delivery, technical, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Develop and execute partner enablement, certification, practice development, and solution growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Partner Solutions Architects, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations teams.
- Drive partner adoption and identify opportunities to expand solutions, capabilities, and revenue.
- Maintain strong CRM, pipeline, deal registration, KPI, and reporting hygiene.
- Track partner performance and provide accurate pipeline forecasting and business reporting.
- Manage multiple partners, priorities, and initiatives within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- Use data and AI tools to identify partner opportunities, analyze performance, track execution, and improve business outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support joint GTM execution and long-term partner growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in partner management, channel sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management.
- Maximum 10 years of professional experience; profiles with more than 10 years of experience will not be considered due to the mid-level nature of the position.
- Proven experience managing large, global, or fast-growing Systems Integrators (SIs) or technology partners.
- Demonstrated experience driving partner-sourced pipeline, demand generation, and GTM initiatives.
- Strong experience developing Joint Business Plans, partner strategies, and growth initiatives.
- Strong portfolio management and relationship management skills.
- Ability to build relationships across sales, technical, delivery, marketing, operations, and executive leadership teams.
- Experience navigating complex global partner organizations and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong business development, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing multiple partners and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong operational discipline with experience in CRM, pipeline management, deal registration, KPI tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ability to use data and AI tools to identify opportunities and improve partner execution.
- Strong ability to execute quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and operate independently.
- Stable career history with meaningful tenure in previous positions is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Data & AI, cloud, analytics, SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology companies.
- Experience working with major global Systems Integrators or consulting organizations.
- Experience with co-sell programs, partner enablement, certifications, and practice development.
- Experience building and executing partner GTM programs and joint marketing initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered sales, business intelligence, or partner management tools.
