Triumph in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Partnerships Lead to build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, talent, and affiliates. You will own partnerships from outreach through activation and help grow our brand ambassador program, traveling frequently for shoots, events, and activations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, talent management, or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage several partnerships at once.
• Able to negotiate terms and confidently communicate with talent, agents, and managers.
• Willing to travel frequently, including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, talent, agencies, and management teams.
• Identify and recruit new partners who align with our brand and target audiences.
• Manage partnerships from outreach and negotiation through execution and reporting.
• Coordinate creator shoots, livestreams, events, and other marketing activations.
• Manage our affiliate program in-house, including recruitment, onboarding, communication, tracking, and partner support.
• Work with internal marketing, creative, legal, and product teams to execute campaigns.
• Track partnership and affiliate performance and recommend ways to improve results.
• Represent the company at industry events, conventions, shoots, and partner meetings.
• Travel frequently to support partnerships and activations.
