Job summary

Three Pillars Recruiting is seeking an Affiliate Manager to own partner-led acquisition through affiliate and influencer channels. This hybrid NY-based role focuses on scalable, performance-driven partnerships with strong CAC control, reporting to the Sr. Director of Acquisition.

You will recruit, activate, and manage publishers and creators, building a repeatable engine that scales in tandem with the paid social team and ensuring alignment with legal and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience growing affiliate and/or influencer programs with performance metrics.
• Ability to recruit, activate, and manage many concurrent partner relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with testing and optimization discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate and influencer relationship management.
• Develop strategy and execution for affiliate and influencer channels for efficient CAC.
• Recruit and manage relationships across affiliates and performance-oriented influencers/creators.
• Build and manage a testing roadmap across partners, offers, tracking setups, and creator formats.
• Collaborate with Growth, Paid Social, Legal, Brand on contracts and disclosures.
