Job summary

On Me is seeking a senior partnerships leader to own the affiliate brand network, drive 360 reporting, and close high‑volume deals with consumer brands. You will travel to maintain in-person relationships and report to the CEO while building scalable processes and a team.

The role requires 4+ years in partnerships or sales, deep brand relationships, and fluency in affiliate marketing. SF/offices and in-person collaboration are emphasized, with a competitive base, strong OTE, and equity potential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, affiliate/publisher development, or sales.
• Deep relationships and networking instincts enabling rapid door opening with consumer brands.
• Affiliate fluency across performance marketing and multiple networks (CJ, Impact, Rakuten or similar).
• Technically savvy with ability to discuss APIs, payments rails, data, and reporting.
• Contract negotiation expertise with revenue shares, exclusivity and performance terms.
• Vision selling to articulate early-stage growth to brands.
• Founder mindset: scrappy, resourceful, capable of building processes from scratch.
• Leadership-track with potential to grow into leading a team and function.

Responsibilities

• Own the Affiliate Brand Network, identifying and activating partnerships across fashion, fitness, beauty, and more.
• Lead high-touch outreach and build a pipeline of affiliate partners for the marketplace.
• Be the face of On Me in the affiliate ecosystem at events and conferences.
• Develop 360 reporting and data stories to showcase partner impact and secure program expansion.
• Negotiate contracts, drive deal velocity, and structure co-marketing commitments.
• Scale the function by building playbooks, processes, and team structure.
