Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in social commerce, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce.
• Experience working with creators, affiliates, and/or influencer programs, ideally in beauty or consumer brands.
• Knowledge of Influencer Marketing and/or the creator/affiliate landscape.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and manage creator relationships.
• Experience tracking KPIs, analyzing performance, and translating insights into action.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Passion for beauty, product storytelling, and emerging social commerce trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new creators with potential to drive affiliate performance across platforms.
• Partner with Influencer and Ecomm teams to evaluate creator fit and brand alignment.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, product gifting, and education for new affiliates.
• Coordinate creator outreach campaigns, communications, events, and incentives.
• Support affiliate gifting campaigns and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with active affiliates to boost engagement.
• Execute creator incentive programs, webinars, and exclusive product access.
• Act as liaison between brand and affiliate community to gather feedback and insights.
• Identify top performers and create recognition or tiering models.
