Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Manager, Customer Partnerships to nurture existing relationships and pursue new opportunities nationwide. You will act as a sales guru, manage a high volume of outbound calls, and use Parts Town value proposition to close deals while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll collaborate with the Customer Experience team, leverage Salesforce for reporting, and travel to conferences several times a year as part of a fast-growing, values-driven company.

Qualifications

• You have 2 years of sales, business development or account management experience.
• You are proactive, self-motivated and eager to make a big impact.
• You communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Place high volume outbound calls to new and existing dealer customers.
• Sell Parts Town solutions and build a pipeline nationwide.
• Drive revenue by prospecting and developing new accounts.
• Integrate sales activities into CRM (Salesforce) for reporting and follow-up.
