Parts Town is seeking a Manager, Customer Partnerships (Internally known as PARTnership Builder) to maintain relationships with existing customers and strategically seek new ones. You will place a high volume of outbound calls; you will learn customer challenges and use our value proposition to provide solutions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales, business development or account management experience.
• Proactive, self-motivated with initiative and resilience.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing dealer customers.
• Sell Parts Town solutions and value proposition to targeted customers.
• Build a sales pipeline and foster relationships with customers nationwide.
• Identify new opportunities and manage CRM activity for reporting.
• Travel to conferences several times per year.
