Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Manager, Customer Partnerships to maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and prospect new ones. You will place a high volume of outbound calls, articulate Parts Town value, and drive sales while managing relationships nationwide.

The role requires 2 years in sales or account management, strong communication skills in English, and comfort with Salesforce and Excel. The team emphasizes culture, growth, and a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Strong proactive mindset and resilience.
• Excellent communication skills & proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Bonus: Excel and Salesforce familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing equipment dealer customers.
• Sell Parts Town solutions and value proposition to targeted customer base.
• Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline while fostering relationships nationwide.
• Identify and develop new account opportunities via research and outreach.
• Integrate all sales activities into Salesforce.com for timely reporting.
• Conduct account research to understand business issues and opportunities.
• Partner with Customer Experience team to grow customer relationships.
• Educate customers on Parts Town resources and capabilities.
• Travel to conferences several times each year.
