Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Manager, Customer Partnerships to maintain existing customer relationships and pursue new ones. You will place a high volume of outbound calls, log activities in CRM, and use the Parts Town value proposition to close sales while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll drive revenue by building a robust pipeline, researching accounts, and coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, customer development or account management experience.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry to make a big impact.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficient in English - verbal and written.
• Bonus: Excel proficiency and Salesforce familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to service company customers.
• Integrate all sales activities into CRM (Salesforce) for reporting.
• Sell Parts Town solutions and value propositions to targeted customers.
• Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline in your region.
• Identify and develop new account opportunities through research and calling.
• Communicate top opportunities and participate in reviews with leadership.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to grow relationships.
• Educate customers on Parts Town resources and capabilities.
