Parts Town is seeking a Manager, Customer Partnerships (PARTnership Builder) to maintain relationships with existing customers and strategically pursue new ones. You will place a high volume of outbound calls, learn customer challenges, and apply Parts Town value to close opportunities.

This role rewards proactive, hungry sales professionals with strong English, CRM skills (Salesforce) and a knack for building personal connections.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales, business development or account management experience.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and hungry to make an impact.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Bonus for Excel proficiency and familiarity with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to dealers and potential customers.
• Sell Parts Town solutions and value proposition to targeted customers.
• Build a nationwide pipeline while fostering relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify new opportunities, develop sales solutions, close deals and follow up.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) activities and timely reporting.
• Travel to conferences several times per year and support account growth.
