You will serve as the main point of contact, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive successful launch and expansion of partner programs.

This role emphasizes data-driven reporting, quarterly business reviews, and a scalable approach to partnerships, with opportunities to shape product strategy as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in partnerships, account management, or implementation management within healthcare.
• Startup experience is a strong plus.
• Direct experience managing partner reporting, with data manipulation and polished reports/dashboards.
• Exceptional communication skills presenting to external partners and stakeholders.
• Technical and data literacy with familiarity with modern data platforms.
• Structured, organized approach to project management with timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as a polished brand ambassador, representing the team to external partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners, managing onboarding to ongoing delivery.
• Lead end-to-end project management for new partner launches with cross-functional coordination.
• Track partner metrics, anticipate roadblocks, and proactively solve them.
• Advocate for partner needs and translate feedback into improvements.
• Prepare data-driven presentations and lead reviews to demonstrate value and growth opportunities.
