Job summary

Kudos is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to be the first line of communication for every partnership inquiry and to support the marketing team’s operations. You will triage inquiries, craft warm, personalized replies, and help onboard partners, coordinating gifting and affiliate programs to scale our creator partnerships.

You’ll also help keep our pipeline organized, identify process improvements, and ensure copy and claims stay compliant with our guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Be the first response. Own the partnerships inbox: triage what comes in, sort it, and reply promptly with warm, personalized emails that make people feel seen.
• Personalize everything. Read each inquiry closely and respond to the actual person, never with a copy‑paste.
• Onboard partners and coordinate gifting. Get creators and partners set up smoothly and product into their hands. Gifting is one of our most important levers.
• Set up affiliate partners. Manage discount‑code and affiliate partnerships for creators, brands, and publishers.
• Keep the pipeline organized. Maintain a clean, current, at‑a‑glance view of every partnership, so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Find the better way. Spot inefficiencies, streamline the process, and bring new ideas for how partnerships could work and scale.
• Know when to loop in the team. Use good judgment on what you can run with and what needs the wider team.
• Tend to the conversation. Stay close to the comments coming in across our channels, respond in our voice, and surface what's worth the team's attention.
• Keep our tools in good order. Support the upkeep of the platforms our marketing runs on, so records, statuses, and reporting stay current.
• Review copy against our claims guidelines. Check creator, affiliate, and partner copy against our approved language before it goes live.
• Support the marketing hub. Trafficking assets, tracking deliverables, chasing down details, prepping recaps, and taking on tasks.
