Job summary

Kudos is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to be the first line of communication for every partnership inquiry and to support the marketing team’s operations. You will triage inquiries, craft warm, personalized replies, and help onboard partners, coordinating gifting and affiliate programs to scale our creator partnerships.

You’ll also help keep our pipeline organized, identify process improvements, and ensure copy and claims stay compliant with our guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first response. Own the partnerships inbox: triage what comes in, sort it, and reply promptly with warm, personalized emails that make people feel seen.
  • Personalize everything. Read each inquiry closely and respond to the actual person, never with a copy‑paste.
  • Onboard partners and coordinate gifting. Get creators and partners set up smoothly and product into their hands. Gifting is one of our most important levers.
  • Set up affiliate partners. Manage discount‑code and affiliate partnerships for creators, brands, and publishers.
  • Keep the pipeline organized. Maintain a clean, current, at‑a‑glance view of every partnership, so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Find the better way. Spot inefficiencies, streamline the process, and bring new ideas for how partnerships could work and scale.
  • Know when to loop in the team. Use good judgment on what you can run with and what needs the wider team.
  • Tend to the conversation. Stay close to the comments coming in across our channels, respond in our voice, and surface what's worth the team's attention.
  • Keep our tools in good order. Support the upkeep of the platforms our marketing runs on, so records, statuses, and reporting stay current.
  • Review copy against our claims guidelines. Check creator, affiliate, and partner copy against our approved language before it goes live.
  • Support the marketing hub. Trafficking assets, tracking deliverables, chasing down details, prepping recaps, and taking on tasks.

Job description

Kudos is one of the fastest-growing sustainable baby brands in the US, on a mission to dramatically reduce plastic in disposable diapers while delivering products parents can truly trust. Founded by a former MIT and P&G engineer, Kudos is the first disposable diaper with a 100 percent cotton liner against baby’s skin, not plastic. Our patented DoubleDry™ technology has earned top innovation awards across the personal hygiene industry, and we are proud to be growing rapidly across DTC and retail.

We are a small but mighty marketing team, moving fast and growing, with a lot of room to make a real mark. If you want your work to be visible and your ideas to actually matter, this is that kind of team.

The Role:

As our Partnerships Coordinator, you will be the first line of communication for every partnership inquiry that comes into the brand, from creators and birth professionals to communities, events, and other brands. You will read each one, reply with warmth and care, and make people feel genuinely seen from their very first email with us.

You will also be a steady second set of hands for the wider marketing team, supporting the operational backbone behind partnerships and our general marketing: approvals, copy checks, the tools we run on, and the day‑to‑day details that keep things moving. When the team is heads‑down on a launch, you are the person keeping everything else running.

This is a build role as much as a coordinate role. We are looking for someone who will study how partnerships flow today, find the room for optimization and efficiency, and think outside the box to make it better. Someone who wants to create more, not just keep the lights on. There is a lot of opportunity here to shape how this whole function works.

What you'll do:

This is the part of the role we care most about.
  • Know when to loop in the team. Use good judgment on what you can run with and what needs the wider team.
  • Tend to the conversation. Stay close to the comments coming in across our channels, respond in our voice, and surface what's worth the team's attention. This is where a lot of our community first meets us, and it deserves the same care as the inbox.
  • Keep our tools in good order. Support the upkeep of the platforms our marketing runs on, so records, statuses, and reporting stay current and everyone can trust what they're looking at.
  • Review copy against our claims guidelines. Check creator, affiliate, and partner copy against our approved language before it goes live. We work in a highly regulated category, so precision here protects the brand. You will be trained on the framework; we need someone who will actually hold the line on it.
  • Support the marketing hub. Pitch in on the recurring operational work that keeps marketing running: trafficking assets, tracking deliverables, chasing down details, prepping recaps, and picking up the tasks that would otherwise sit.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Our creator program grows consistently, fueled by the inquiries coming into your inbox.
  • A steady, reliable UGC pipeline is established and always flowing.
  • The inbound inquiries list is consistently cleared and organized, with nothing left sitting.
  • Comments don't sit unanswered, and our community feels attended to.
  • Affiliate approvals move on a predictable cadence, with no applications aging out.
  • Nothing goes live with off‑limits language. Copy review is a real gate, not a rubber stamp.
  • Our records are accurate enough that anyone on the team can pull a status without asking you.

What You'll Bring:

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented. You stay on top of a high volume of conversations and prioritize accordingly, nothing slips.
  • Strong, warm written communication. You can personalize quickly without sounding canned.
  • Fluent in Google Docs and Sheets, and quick to pick up new platforms.
  • A self‑starter who spots inefficiencies and creates solutions, and genuinely enjoys thinking outside the box and building something new.
  • An understanding of our community of parents and caregivers. You do not have to be a parent, but first‑hand experience with diapers and life with little ones gives you an instinct for who we are talking to.
  • Good judgment about when to act and when to ask, and the confidence to run with things independently when the team is stretched.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in influencer or creator marketing, affiliate programs, or partnerships.
  • A background in DTC, CPG, or the baby and parenting space.
  • You are chronically online and can spot what’s trending and quality content

Why Join:

  • A small, mighty, fast‑moving team where your work is visible and your ideas count.
  • The chance to help build something meaningfully better for babies and families.
  • Exposure well beyond partnerships. You will sit close to creator marketing, affiliate, brand, and retail, and see how a fast‑growing brand actually operates.

We are onsite 2-3 days a week in our office in Hollywood.
