Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Partnership Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key partners to support Rapid Dev’s growth. If you're a natural relationship builder with a strong business mindset and experience in partnership development, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with business goals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners, influencers, and networks.
  • Develop partnership strategies and initiatives that drive mutual value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful integration.
  • Manage partnership agreements, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Represent Rapid Dev at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor partnerships.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital product environments is preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
