Job summary

Polar Analytics, a remote-first data platform for omnichannel commerce, seeks a partnerships leader to scale our partner network and revenue. You will enable agency teams, demo the Polar platform, and drive activation across 100+ partners while leveraging MCP, AI, and data-driven attribution to differentiate our offer.

You will travel for Shopify events and build scalable workflows with a systems mindset, aligning partner economics with company growth.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in partnerships, channel sales, or BD at a SaaS company with scalable programs.
• Experience building partner enablement materials and partner systems.
• Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem, ecommerce agencies, or DTC brands.
• Ability to own the full funnel from outreach to activation.
• Comfort with product demos and discussing data, AI, and attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Own partner enablement and training, creating the Polar operating system for partners.
• Drive full-funnel partner pipeline from identification to revenue.
• Manage partner economics, discounts, and lead sharing to align incentives.
• Demonstrate MCP integrations and position them to clients.
• Build in-person relationships at events and with agencies; travel as needed.
• Architect tech-enabled workflows and nurture sequences for 100+ partners.
