Job summary

Ben Greenfield Life is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to manage affiliate campaigns, report on performance, and maintain Airtable dashboards. The role involves data entry, link verification, partner outreach, and podcast-related support.

You’ll work with the Partnerships Manager to ensure timely payments and accurate metrics across channels. Starting September 2026, this full-time role offers 40 hours per week, full benefits, and a salary range of 55–70k USD per year, DOE, with opportunities

Qualifications

Experience entering and reporting on campaign data across platforms.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and partner communications.
Ability to coordinate podcast-related tasks and ad confirmations.
Strong attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Report on affiliate campaign performance across emails, social, and podcasts.
Maintain and update information in Airtable; ensure links and dashboards are accurate.
Coordinate partner ad copy, guest affiliates, and onboarding of new programs.
Communicate with partnerships and accounting to verify payments and data.
Support EOQ data entry and dashboard metrics; assist with asset collection.
