Job summary

AlgaeCal is seeking a Senior Partnerships Specialist to design and lead a scalable influencer and affiliate program in Los Angeles. You’ll recruit partners, align them with revenue goals, and drive measurable performance across health and wellness campaigns.

You’ll manage relationships with creators, healthcare experts, and affiliates, negotiate deals, ensure compliant content, and optimize spend based on data. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnerships, or creator growth.
• Ability to build a performance-driven partnership ecosystem with measurable results.
• Experience negotiating smart deals and managing campaigns from concept to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable influencer/affiliate partner program that drives revenue and trust.
• Manage creators, affiliates, and healthcare experts to ensure performance and compliance.
• Negotiate deals, track performance, and optimize campaigns with clear ROAS metrics.
• Coordinate end-to-end campaign workflows: brief, negotiate, produce, approve, launch, track, report, optimize.
• Monitor competitive activity and adapt partnerships to maximize growth.
