Ben Greenfield Life is seeking a Remote Social Media Manager to lead content across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, coordinating with Partnerships and Podcast teams to expand reach and revenue.

You will own the social strategy, calendar, and community engagement, write compelling captions, optimize posts for each platform, and ensure brand voice across all channels while staying agile in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or influencer.
• Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and business results.
• Brand-level experience, voice consistency, and translating strategy into content that converts.
• Demonstrated funnel execution and content that carries audiences to the next step.
• Organizational capacity to execute at volume across multiple platforms.
• Strong writing skills and copy that matches brand voice.
• Fluency in social media culture and trends with good judgment.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere).
• Experience scheduling content using social media management tools.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and partners.
• US residents in all states preferred (excluding CA, IL, NJ, OH, PA, WA).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and content calendar for Ben Greenfield Life and TRIUMPH Coaching across platforms, with support for YouTube.
• Build the social media playbook and SOPs for drafting, optimization, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Analyze content performance and audience trends to improve reach and engagement.
• Write, optimize, and schedule content and stories at optimal times.
• Monitor and respond to community members in a timely, on-brand manner across platforms.
• Repurpose podcast, YouTube, and website content into social-first posts.
• Collaborate with Partnerships on affiliate content and tracking codes.
• Coordinate with podcast, operations, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Communicate cross-departmentally for alignment on posts and timing.
• Spot trending opportunities and integrate them into broader content strategy.
• Repurpose website content into valuable social posts.
• Perform basic photo and video editing for platform formats.
• Stay current on platform trends and emerging tools.
