RSM US LLP is seeking a skilled professional to join the Partnership Tax team and advise clients on comprehensive tax services in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You will work with cross-functional teams, including US and India groups, on complex tax matters and client service coordination.

You will leverage your 7+ years of corporate federal tax experience, CPA/EA/Attorney credentials, and strong analytical abilities to support planning, research, and compliance efforts for partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or business-related field.
• Active CPA, EA, Attorney license or approved alternative certification per RSM requirements.
• 7+ years corporate federal tax compliance and tax consulting experience including planning, research, and M&A activities.
• Public accounting experience with 5+ years focusing on partnership taxation.
• Experience with S-Corps or Partnerships/LLCs; strong Excel and Word skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on a full range of partnership tax services including planning, research, compliance, allocations, and transactional activities.
• Assist with new business development and tax issue recognition for existing clients.
• Develop, motivate, and train staff level team members.
• Manage partnership client needs with respect to tax services and federal/state tax compliance.
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships; keep up to date on tax practices and changes.
