Job summary

RSM is seeking a dynamic Tax Manager to join our Partnership Tax team in the United States. You will advise clients on partnership tax, manage complex returns, and lead a team through planning, research, and compliance processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with U.S. and international teams, strong client service, and development of staff. A CPA or equivalent certification, and 7+ years in corporate federal tax are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related field.
• Active CPA license in the state of residence or equivalent.
• 7+ years of corporate federal tax compliance and tax consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on partnership tax services including planning, research, compliance, allocations, and transactions.
• Assist with new business development and tax issue recognition for clients.
• Develop, mentor, and train staff; manage client tax needs and compliance.
• Review and analyze complex tax returns for partnerships/LLCs.
• Collaborate with US and India teams to deliver tax services.
