RSM US LLP is seeking a Tax Manager to join the Partnership Tax team, focusing on collaboration across the US and International tax matters. You will guide clients on planning, research, compliance, and M&A tax considerations, while leading and developing staff within a high-growth environment.

The role emphasizes partnership transactions, allocations, and complex tax analysis, offering opportunities to work with cross-functional teams and supporting new business development.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or business-related field.
• 7+ years of corporate federal tax compliance and tax consulting experience.
• Public accounting experience with focus on partnership taxation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Mansioni

• Advise clients on a full range of partnership tax services including planning, research, compliance, allocations, and general transactional activities.
• Assist with new business development and tax issue recognition for existing clients.
• Develop, motivate, and train staff level team members.
• Manage partnership client needs with respect to tax services and federal/state tax compliance.
• Provide detailed review and analysis of complex tax returns.
• Coordinate tax services for clients in the US and with international considerations.
