Who You Are

We are seeking a Partnership Specialist - Event Safety Sales to drive growth through strategic partnerships and business development efforts. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with a strong ability to cultivate and manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and generate new business opportunities. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients, leveraging your expertise in sales operations and account management to develop long-term partnerships in the event safety industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships to expand event safety service offerings.
  • Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through networking, outreach, and relationship development.
  • Drive new business development efforts by identifying and engaging prospective clients.
  • Conduct contract negotiations and close deals to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and improve sales performance.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and high retention rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Represent Joffe Emergency Services at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and establish connections.
  • Provide administrative assistance related to sales operations, ensuring CRM and contract management systems are updated.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders to align partnership goals with business objectives.
  • Present findings quarterly to senior leadership and the advisory board, providing insights on partnership performance, sales trends, and growth opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership development, preferably in event safety, security, or emergency services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to execute strategic sales initiatives and meet revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales enablement tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and administrative skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and partnerships.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
