Responsibilities

• Own process governance across pipeline, inventory, and approvals workflows; set data-entry and validation standards.
• Produce regular pipeline, inventory, and approvals reporting for leadership.
• Develop, document, and maintain process standards and governance frameworks.
• Manage external tools and vendor relationships; be the primary contact for platforms.
• Lead training for the team; ensure adherence to workflows and build capability.
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; implement cross-functional improvements.
• Support ad hoc analysis, data pulls, and reporting for strategic initiatives.
• Act as the internal authority on process standards and governance requirements.
• Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members on-site.
