Job summary

AMB Sports + Entertainment seeks a Senior Manager, Partnership Insights to transform data into strategic guidance across sponsorship, sales and activation. You will develop scalable reporting, identify opportunities, and influence renewal strategies with leadership.

You will lead category and marketplace analyses, integrate CRM and pipeline data, and build dashboards that empower executives to act on insights, with a focus on revenue growth and improved decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance, economics, marketing or related field.
• 6–8 years in commercial analytics, BI, or sponsorship analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with CRM, BI and data-visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights supporting prospecting, renewal strategy and leadership decisions.
• Analyze pipeline health, conversion, renewal exposure across properties.
• Develop executive-level reporting highlighting risks, opportunities and actions.
• Create dashboards and self-service tools for Partnership leadership.
• Support forecasting and annual planning with historical performance and market analysis.
