Summary
The Coordinator, Brand Partnerships supports the sale and fulfillment of corporate partnerships across the PBA Tour and Lucky Strike Entertainment, splitting time between helping the commercial team win new business and making sure every contractual asset the PBA sells is delivered accurately, on time, and documented for the partner. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong writer, and comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
What You'll Do
- Track and support fulfillment of contractual partner assets across broadcast, digital, social, in-venue, and experiential platforms, and maintain trackers showing what's delivered, outstanding, or at risk.
- Translate signed agreements into account plans and coordinate with marketing, events, production, and broadcast to confirm sponsorship elements run as sold.
- Manage the creative approval process: collect partner assets, route creative for sign-off, and confirm logos, lock-ups, and brand guidelines are correct before anything runs.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned partners, managing timelines, meeting prep, and new-partner onboarding.
- Build partner recap decks and proof-of-performance reporting, including impressions and media value, to support renewals and upsell.
- Support on-site activation, branding, hospitality, credentialing, and travel at PBA Tour events.
- Research prospective partners and categories, maintain outreach lists, and draft and track outreach and pipeline activity through proposal, negotiation, and signature.
- Build sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and recap materials from commercial team direction, and maintain the spreadsheets, trackers, and AI-assisted reporting the commercial team relies on.
What You'll Bring
- One to two years of sports experience: at a team, league, agency, venue, brand, or media company in partnerships, activation, marketing, or events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write concise, polished, professional emails to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail across many deliverables, deadlines, and partners at once.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and comfortable with direct, professional outreach and communication with partner and agency contacts.
- Analytical, curious, AI-proficient, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift.
- Able to travel to PBA Tour events and work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the event schedule requires.
