Job Summary

The Partnership Engagement Manager will play a key role in expanding program reach and strengthening community partnerships. This position is responsible for recruiting and securing worksites for the TeensWork Alachua Program, ensuring meaningful opportunities for participating youth. The Manager will also actively recruit for and build lasting relationships with employers and partners for the GoodwillTemps, supporting workforce development initiatives.
