You will recruit and support employer partners, coordinate career development activities, track outcomes, and prepare regular reports. Strong communication, driving and travel willingness are required to engage diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, own insurance, and independent transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify new business relationships to serve as recurring referral leads and partnerships.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local community agencies to support clients.
• Coordinate hiring events and employer partnerships to meet placement goals.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports outlining individuals served and outcomes.
