Job summary

Better Together seeks a Partnership Manager to build relationships with churches, donors, employers, and other community partners across North Central Florida. Ideal candidates will prospect, present, and close partnerships to support our mission and strengthen families through compassionate community work.

The role emphasizes field outreach, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on research, networking, and collaboration with the Strategic Partnership Team.

Qualifications

• Strong sales ability with a track record of generating leads and closing partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
• Bachelor or associate degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Bilingual a plus for community outreach and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research potential churches, donors, employers and other key partners to fit Better Together’s mission.
• Prospect and close partnerships; create targeted outreach emails for researched leads.
• Deliver presentations and speak at community events to generate new partnerships.
• Network at events to build relationships and convert leads into partnerships.
• Maintain and update CRM with leads, status, and outcomes.
