Why This Role Is Important To Arcadia
This role entails managing and growing our current channel partner relationships, developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of each partner's unique market positioning, and fostering revenue growth through strategic collaborations. As an integral part of our newly established Life Sciences Division, the Partnership Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Delivery, Engineering, Data, and Marketing.

No two Arcadia partners will follow the exact same blueprint. Candidates should have an aptitude for strategic planning and execution that factors in the combination of market position, end customer use case, 3rd party partner landscape, and partner’s own growth plan, to position both parties for success. They must be knowledgeable and familiar with the ecosystem, including A) EMR vendors, like Truven and Veradigm B) Real-world data marketplaces like Healthverity C) Data aggregators, like IQVIA and Komodo, as well as D) Datavant’s tokenization. This depth of knowledge will be vital for articulating the value of partnerships, navigating complex negotiations, and building robust, data-driven relationships that align with Arcadia’s strategic objectives.
