Job summary

USA Hockey is seeking a Manager, Partnership Activation to oversee day-to-day relationships with corporate and licensing partners and maximize sponsorship performance. It reports to the Director, Partnership Sales and can be based at Colorado Springs or Plymouth, MI.

You will provide exceptional client service, identify opportunities to grow partner value, monitor KPIs, deliver polished partnership recaps, and coordinate cross‑departmental efforts to meet partner objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years' experience in agency, media, or partnerships.
• Knowledgeable in media and sponsorship activation principles.
• Ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships with corporate clients.
• Identify problems, sources, and solutions while maintaining day-to-day operations.
• Teamwork and close collaboration to fulfill client interests and partnership objectives.
• Self-starter with limited supervision.
• Sales style that shows drive and resilience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional personal brand.
• Detail oriented with strong work ethic and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs of corporate and licensing accounts with high-level client service.
• Identify opportunities to maximize partner value and adjust the agreement.
• Monitor program effectiveness against KPIs.
• Create and deliver partnership recaps.
• Develop and implement in-market/retail promotions to add value for clients.
• Maintain partner deliverables and major contract items.
• Assist in a variety of department-related duties.
• Maintain a positive attitude with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties as assigned.
