Job summary

USA Hockey seeks a Manager, Partnership Activation to manage day-to-day corporate and licensing partnerships and maximize sponsorship performance. You will coordinate with internal teams to execute each element of partnerships efficiently and respond to client needs across the organization.

Based at the national office in Colorado Springs (preferred) with options for Plymouth, MI, this role reports to the Director, Partnership Sales and requires excellent communication, relationship-building,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in agency, media, or partnership management.
• Knowledgeable in media sponsorship activation practices and principles.
• Ability to build mutually beneficial client relationships.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork with minimal supervision.
• Professional personal brand and excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs of corporate and licensing accounts with top-tier client service.
• Identify opportunities to maximize partner value and adjust agreements as needed.
• Monitor program effectiveness against KPIs and reporting.
• Create and deliver polished partnership recaps for clients.
• Develop in-market promotions to add value for partners.
• Maintain partner deliverables and contract items; support department duties.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain a positive attitude with partners.
