Job Details

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on data security and privacy compliance.
• Draft privacy and data security-related policies and agreements.
• Draft and negotiate privacy (including DPAs), advertising, online advertising and/or technology contracts.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE A PORTABLE BOOK OF BUSINESS.
• 8+ years as an attorney practicing in Technology and/or Privacy & Data Security law.
• Admitted to practice in California, Illinois, Texas, and/or Washington D.C.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Ability to travel for internal and client meetings as expected.
• Deep understanding of numerous data security and data privacy laws and regulations preferred.
