Pay Range & Benefits:
The target annual pay range is $194,400 - $237,800, with a full range of $151,400 - $280,900. Compensation is based on skills, experience, and education. Role Overview:
As the Director of Technology – Marketing & Communications, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, focusing on modernizing our website (.org), optimizing our technology stack, and delivering seamless digital experiences. You will oversee marketing technology platforms, integrations, and manage a team to ensure a personalized, data-driven, and high-performing website. This role requires a strategic leader with technical expertise and team management skills.
Location & Work Arrangements:
Candidates must reside in WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. Washington-based candidates near Tukwila are expected to work from HQ on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; others may work remotely. We are committed to an inclusive, engaging work environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum: Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related; 7+ years leading tech teams; 8+ years in IT with web, CMS, and digital marketing expertise; experience with CMS, SEO, personalization, APIs, and digital experience management; ability to align tech with marketing goals; stakeholder management skills.
Desired: Fintech or financial services experience; headless CMS, marketing cloud platforms (Adobe, Salesforce); front-end frameworks like React; data integration and API expertise.
