The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join our national Privacy Litigation team in Chicago, Kansas City, Atlanta, or Los Angeles. Candidates should have a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on privacy litigation, and experience managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation. Strong legal research and writing skills, including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests, are required. Knowledge of federal, state, and international privacy laws is a plus. We value candidates with ambition, drive, and team orientation to help grow our national practice, and the ability to navigate complex subject matter efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges from $230,000 to $390,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. Eligible firm benefits include medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, voluntary vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
