Responsibilities

• Build complete technology solutions and identify opportunities to help partners complete sales.
• Respond to reseller and internal partner requests promptly via email, phone, chat, and calendar bookings.
• Identify key details: budget, end-user information, business need, and close date.
• Expand opportunities by recommending services, support, warranty, maintenance, and adjacent technology options.
• Support cross-sell conversations to strengthen overall solution.
• Maintain productivity and SLAs while delivering a consistent partner experience.
