Job summary

Caris Life Sciences in Phoenix seeks a Marketing Partnerships Manager to build onboarding programs and scalable partner resources for the expanding Membership Care Network, including longevity clinics and health systems.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Commercial, Clinical Care, Medical Affairs, Operations, Product Marketing and Customer Success to deliver a seamless partner experience and drive adoption, engagement, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years creating customer-facing marketing programs, onboarding initiatives, customer experience programs, or commercial enablement materials in healthcare/diagnostics/biotech or similar.
• Proven ability to translate complex products/tech/clinical concepts into intuitive customer experiences and scalable programs.
• Strong project management and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding and launch programs for partner networks to enable successful implementation.
• Create scalable resources and materials to simplify adoption and support partner workflows.
• Represent Marketing in partner onboarding, ensuring resources, education, and communications support launches.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Clinical Care teams to support adoption, utilization, and engagement.
• Develop partner marketing toolkits, education materials, and sales collateral for faster adoption.
• Create partner communications programs (webinars, newsletters, campaigns) to drive engagement.
• Develop playbooks, case studies, and reusable resources for the expanding partner network.
• Support co-marketing initiatives while ensuring branding/compliance alignment.
