Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration.
• Five+ years of experience developing customer-focused marketing programs, onboarding and education resources.
• Ability to translate complex products into intuitive customer experiences and scalable marketing programs.
• Proven ability to improve onboarding, adoption, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding and launch programs for Membership Care Network partners to drive adoption and growth.
• Create scalable implementation resources and partner marketing toolkits.
• Represent Marketing in onboarding, ensuring resources, materials, and communications support launches.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Clinical Care to support partner adoption and utilization.
• Develop playbooks, case studies, and reusable resources for broad rollout.
