Job summary

Caris Detect, part of Caris Life Sciences, seeks a Manager of Partner Success & Membership Care Network Marketing to build scalable onboarding, marketing resources, and educational programs for partner adoption and growth. You will work with Commercial, Clinical Care, Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, and Customer Success to translate strategy into practical tools.

You will lead development of playbooks, case studies, and co-marketing with partners, while ensuring Caris branding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years creating customer-facing marketing programs or onboarding initiatives.
• Experience translating complex clinical concepts into customer-friendly resources.
• Ability to build scalable, repeatable programs that drive adoption and growth.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding and launch programs for Membership Care Network partners.
• Create scalable implementation resources and marketing toolkits.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Clinical Care teams on partner adoption.
• Develop partner communications, webinars, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Build playbooks, case studies and reusable marketing resources.
• Support co-marketing with strategic partners and ensure branding compliance.
• Equip teams with tools and information to support the partner journey.
• Measure and improve partner onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction.
