This role ensures contractors have a seamless experience with the loan process, resolves issues quickly, trains users, and maintains strong working relationships between contractors and capital providers.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, 2+ years in relationship or account management, and a comfort with web-based platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in relationship/account management or customer/partner success.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Experience using web-based software platforms; fintech exposure a plus.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Champion contractor success by providing hands-on guidance and support.
• Investigate and resolve borrower complaints with contractors in a timely manner.
• Train contractors to use our platform, onboarding new users.
• Serve as a responsive contact via phone and email for contractor questions.
• Ensure seamless operations between contractors and capital providers.
• Monitor contractor feedback trends and relay insights for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of contractor interactions and outcomes.
